Gut Health

Your gut is at the centre of all the inner workings of your body

My approach

Testing is at the core of any patient I have that presents to me with a gut related issue. Why? Because in my experience, gut symptoms can vary so significantly between client to client. People can be dealing with very similar gut conditions but present with completely different symptoms or a variation of them.
I have no doubt if you’ve been on a journey with your gut health, you have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on supplements trying to get some relief.
That is why with any gut clients, I test and don’t guess, because I don’t want to throw more supplements at you that may or may not work. Once I know exactly what is going on with your gut, I can draft a targeted road map for treatment.

The gut tests I recommend for my clients

I offer the following functional gut tests.

*Please note these are an additional cost and are not included in your initial consultation price.

  • Designs for Health GI Map
  • SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth)breath testing

These tests are extras that can be requested by me after our initial consultation if I deem this testing needs to be done based on the information I gather at your initial consultation.
