Hormones

Are you ready to love your hormones, instead of dreading them?

My approach

If you think your period is a burden you are not alone. Your body isn’t broken.Your body is capable of so much more than pain, mood swings and exhaustion. I am here to help you get to the root of your hormonal imbalances and teach you everything you need to know about them. Because you shouldn’t need a doctor’s degree to understand how they work.

Hormone balance is being destroyed

Our hormones are being hijacked, we’re being sold the story, that our hormones need medical management in the form of a hormonal contraceptive (HC). The only option for most women when they head to their gynaecologist or medical doctor when complaining about a said hormonal problem is a HC. That’s it! Will the HC take your symptoms away? Most likely, they aren’t the most potent endocrine disruptor on the planet for nothing. These HCs aren’t “regulating” your period, it’s not fixing anything. It’s just helping your symptoms go away, but at some point, you are going to have to deal with them.

Our hormones don’t need “medical management” our hormones need someone to listen to them, the symptoms you are experiencing are your bodies way of communicating to you. It’s your job to listen.
