I’m a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Women's Health Expert & Post Pill Hormone Balancing Guru. I’m better known as The Biomedical Naturopath.
I have a strong admiration for the marriage of science and naturopathy. I spent 4 years completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, which is when I discovered I was a lot more interested in WHY people became sick, rather than HOW to treat their symptoms and illness. So I took it a step further and completed a Bachelor of Clinical Science, majoring in Naturopathy & Complementary Science. Odd combination of knowledge, right? After my own experiences battling turbulent emotions and hormonal imbalances for 8 years, I was ready to find solutions not only for me but for other women out there. 
I don’t believe in normalising “hormonal chaos” and neither should you. My mission is to educate women all around the world about how their body operates. I take pride in helping women live their best life by uniting bio medicine with supplements, herbs, dietary and lifestyle strategies. My hope is for every woman to understand that hormonal harmony is possible and in this book I’m going to show you exactly how to get there.
